We have instituted our TruReview™ program for our internal staff and field staff of adjusters. Every claim is assigned a Claims Manager who reviews the claim from the field adjuster. The claims are further reviewed by our Claims Review Team and only then is the Report approved and submitted to the client.

Aspen Claims Service is equipped to handle all your adjusting needs as well as reinspection. We have developed our ReScope™ program to ensure the most accurate reinspection in the industry. We provide reinspection for differences in costs or scoping as well as audits on existing files at your request.
In cases involving costs or scoping differences, our adjuster will meet with the insured’s contractor and inspect the property together. Our adjuster has total access to files, photos and complete documentation prior to the assessment for accuracy and time efficiency.
In the case of client requested audits, we will provide unbiased, full documentation and written reports for your review.
