Inspection of roofs in your local area using an app installed on your phone to answer questions and take photographs. The inspection includes photographing all 4 elevations of the house, various photographs while on the roof, removal of the electrical panel face plate to photograph the interior and replacing the faceplate (typically 4 screws). Additionally, if attic access is available, take photos of the attic space and take a measurement of the roof truss (this can all be done without physically getting into the attic).
The inspection takes approximately 30 – 40 minutes and payment for services rendered will be paid within minutes of submitting your inspection via the app.
